How to apply to ILS school and get ED-visa

Steps to apply for and get your ED-visa

(ED-Visa is a long term 1 Year type of Thai visa for people who desire to study in Thailand)

Applying at ILS School

The Procedure of Applying for Non-ED Visa (Changing Outside Country)

Apply at the school by filling in the form, then the school will prepare all document to submit to Chiangmai Provincial Education office.
Once the school has received the paper from the Chiangmai Provincial Education Office, the school will prepare the documents and submit them to the embassy overseas.
When you have obtained the VISA and enter Thailand, you will receive a 3-month visa.
Subsequently, notify your residence (TM. 30) within 24 hours and come to school to update your passport.
The school will prepare documents to submit to the Chiang Mai Provincial Education Office to ask for a visa extension.
Once the school has received the document from the Chiang Mai Provincial Education Office, the school will prepare the extension documents, and then inform the students about the duration of the next visa extension
Once finished doing the extension, the students have to come to the school to update their passport and wait for their further extension.

The Procedure of Applying for Non-ED Visa (Changing Inside Country)

Apply at the school by filling in the form and submit to the school.
Once the school receives the paper from the Chiangmai Provincial Education Office, the school will prepare the documents and send them to the immigration office.
Once the school has received the paper, the school will make an appointment with the student for a photo shoot at the Immigration.
After that, the student has to wait for the result within 21 days.
Once the date for a result arrives, the school's staff will go with the student to take the result (the student shall receive 3 months VISA).
The school will prepare the document to submit to the Chiangmai Provincial Education Office to ask for a Visa extension.
When receive the document, the school will inform the students about the time for the next extension to the students.
Once finished doing extension, the students have to come to the school for updating their passport and wait for their further extension.

Lease of house contract
House registration & ID card of the house owner
Copy of family certificate "obtain from the embassy or consulate" this document certifies that the "followers" are actually family members.
4 self-portrait pictures in 2 inches size: 4X6 c.m. (Only needed for followers.)
Copy of marriage certificate if married. (Only needed for followers.)
Copy of birth certificate for each child. (Only needed for followers.)
