Our school is located at 31/95 M.2 Khlong Rd Maehia which is behind Maehia market Chiang Mai Thailand and at No.8, Soi 15, Nimmanhaemin Road., which is on the right side at the end of the alley Chiang Mai Thailand.

We provide education visa services along with languages courses.

How to apply to ILS school and get ED-visa

Steps to apply for and get your ED-visa 

(ED-Visa is a long term 1 Year type of Thai visa for people who desire to study in Thailand)

Applying at ILS school

The general process of applying for Non-ED

1.The students come to summit the paper at ILS school

2.ILS school sends the school's document to the Thai ministry of education.

3.Thai ministry of education will take 6 weeks to issue the student certificate.

4.ILS school receives the document from the Thai ministry of education.

5.ILS school will write the letter to the Thai embassy & send it to the students.

6.The students go to the Thai embassy (outside of Thailand for example Thai embassy in Lao or the Thai embassy in your home country) with the document from our school.

7.The procedure will  take 2 days to get ED visa issued in Lao or longer than this in other countries.

8. After getting ED visa, The students will enter Thailand.

9. The students then have to report the address in Chiang Mai within 24 hours at Chiang Mai immigration.

10.The students have to come to school for checking and updating their passports.

11.Every 90 days the students will have to go to report themselves at Chiang Mai immigration with our staff.

Process of applying for Non-ED during Covid-19 situation

1.The students come to summit the paper at ILS school

2.ILS school sends the school's document to the Thai ministry of education.

3.Thai ministry of education will take 6 weeks to issue the student certificate.

4.ILS school receives the document from the Thai ministry of education.

5.The student will wait 21 days for return paperwork.

6.After getting the paperwork back our staff will escort the student to immigration to receive the initial  3 months visa.

7.Every 3 months when it is time to update or "renew" the visa our staff will again inform and assist the student with the process.

 

Online applying

1. Contact our staff through Email Telephone Line Wechat or Website for applying

2. ILS school sends the school's document to the Thai ministry of education

3. Thai ministry of education will take 6 weeks to issue the student certificate.

4. ILS school receives the document from the Thai ministry of education.

5. ILS school will write the letter to the Thai embassy.

6. ILS school will send all the documents to you by postal (The postal fee is 1000 THB )

7. The students go to the Thai embassy (outside of Thailand for example Thai embassy in Lao or the Thai embassy in your home country) with the document from our school.

8. The procedure will be taken 2 days to get ED visa issued in Lao or longer than this in other countries.

9. After getting ED visa from the Thai embassy, The students will enter Thailand.

10.The students have to report the address in Chiang Mai within 24 hours at Chiang Mai immigration.

11. The students have to come to school for checking and updating their passports.

12. Every 90 days the students will have to go to report themselves at Chiang Mai immigration with our staff.

Document requires

 

- 4 Photos 4x6 cm "2 inch"

- A signed copy of passport "every page"

- Copy of house or rental contract.

- Copy of the house owner's ID card. "National ID"
- Copy of house owner’s registration book. “House book”  

- Copy of family certificate "obtain from the embassy or consulate" this document certifies that the "followers" are actually family members. 

- Copy of marriage certificate if married. (Only needed for followers.)

- Copy of birth certificate for each child. (Only needed for followers.)
